H&R Johnson (India) is renowned for its product and design innovations within the Indian tiling segment. This commitment to innovation was showcased at the recent AceTech Mumbai exhibition, held from November 14th to 17th, 2024, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Nesco, Goregaon. In preparation for the event, H&R Johnson collaborated with an architect to curate and design a 4000 sq. ft. stall highlighting the company’s latest innovations in Tiles and Bathware. The exhibition was inaugurated by Sarat Chandak, Executive Director and CEO of H&R Johnson where they celebrated milestones and shared the legacy of innovation with other design enthusiasts.
The exhibit showcased key product innovations such as:
- Thermasense: India’s first temperature-regulating wall and floor tiles.
- Duragloss: Tough, sleek, and scratch-resistant Polished Guard Tiles.
- Expressions: A collection of nature-inspired finishes offering a sensory experience.
- Radiation Shielding Solution: 100% lead-free and environmentally friendly tiles for advanced safety.
The H&R Johnson booth at AceTech Mumbai was a captivating experience, incorporating a series of immersive displays. Visitors entered the booth through a colonnade showcasing Johnson’s Matt tile products. Further inside, visitors encountered a stunning glass lattice wall, spanning nearly a third of the stall’s width where metal panels showcased a diverse range of floor tiles.
A highlight of the booth was the ‘Ambience Stalls,’ offering an interactive and immersive product viewing experience. These rooms simulated various spaces, such as living rooms, bathrooms, closets, kitchens, powder rooms, and even outdoor settings, allowing visitors to envision how the products would look and feel in real-life scenarios.
The booth also included dedicated areas for interaction and engagement. A Demonstration area, a stylish Bar area, and Meeting tables were each showcasing a product range specific to their surrounding environment. The Demonstration area featured anti-skid tiles and tiles used in high-traffic areas, while the Bar area showcased tiles that create an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The walls around the Meeting tables, displayed textures, colours, while adjacent displays highlighted innovative products like Thermasense, Radiation Shielding Tiles, and Anti-Static Tiles. Completing the impressive display, H&R Johnson showcased its range of bath ware products, including advanced features like electronic toilets, smart toilets, and a spectrum of coloured sanitary ware.
H&R Johnson’s successful exhibit at AceTech, Mumbai, effectively engaged visitors and demonstrated their commitment to pushing the boundaries of design and technology within the Indian tiling industry.
